Making Beer with Google Glass

Ok glass, let's make some beer.

Craft beer has caught Memphis by storm and Memphis Made Brewing Company is leading the charge. Take a look as the Memphis Made brewers done a pair of Google Glass to give you a first hand look at how they craft their small production beer.

In this video, they're brewing Reverberation. The Belgian style coffee stout with a Munich malt base has a strong backbone to hold up all the flavors from the darker malts, the Belgian yeast, and the dark Sumatra coffee.

Fun fact: The coffee used in Reverberation is from a local Memphis coffee roastery, Reverb Coffee Company (hence, the name of the beer). The freshly roasted dark Sumatra coffee from Reverb helps to accent the stout's natural coffee flavors.

Reverberation is a limited release with 5.8 percent ABV.
